At HomeSorted, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipment, though some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on carrier conditions and fulfillment availability.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping details, customs processing, or high seasonal demand. HomeSorted is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control, but we will do our best to help you track your package and resolve delivery issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HomeSorted is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the  customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
