At HomeSorted, we want you to feel good about your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused or gently used as appropriate for inspection,
  • in its original condition,
  • and returned with original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • items marked as final sale,
  • used or damaged items not caused by transit,
  • items returned beyond the return window,
  • and any products otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the original item if eligible and place a new order.
